SuryaNamaskar, Sudharshan Kriya and Sahaj Samadhi
Now that I've learnt Sahaj Samadhi in Dec 2010, I've started the routine of Surya Namaskar, Sudharshan Kriya and Sahaj Samadhi. After a cup of coffee every morning and a liter plus water (before and after), I do the basic yoga/stretching poses along with the Surya Namaskar, and then Bhastrika, followed by Sudharshan Kriya, and then Pranayama, and then Sahaj Samadhi. If it is the holidays or weekends I hit the treadmill for a 60 minute workout. Amazing results... The stretching and yoga is good for the spine and spinal cord (which in turn is good for the immune system and the musculo-skeletal system), the breathing techniques are good for the respiratory systems and digestion system and the meditation for the nervous system and the brain. All in all - with 30 plus days of contiguous practice - U are bound to see amazing results!! and Ofcourse - the water + heavy breathing and meditation all 3 get rid of toxins from the system - rejuvinating and energyzing an individual for that DAY!!
