Interesting and valuable points made by Gurudev.I'm noting a few points here;
- Individual Conflicts give rise to other types of Conflicts
- Mediator has to be a Catalyst (to resolution)
- Anecdote on an Individual being unbiased (MK Gandhi)
- Do not get influenced by Rumors and Misinformation
- Conflict is based on Identity Crisis (forgetting our basic Identity- as Humans)
- Educate children on multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-religion
- Stress is the basic cause for mistrust
- Peace is a state of mind (dialogue is the way to peace)
- Gurudev's tremendous impact on recent conflicts (gujjar, JK, SL, etc.)
