I had the fortune of participating in the Diwali Maha Yagna at Dallas this year. A well organized event given the huge turnout. If I close my eyes I still remember that evening, vividly.Given what recently took place in Mumbai, I'd like to remind the importance of Dynamic vs Passive Peace. Gurudev says "If you see, there are very few people who are extremists. Most people who are peace loving are passive and silent. What is needed now is the dynamism of the peaceful people". The whole world needs to wake up NOW, we cannot afford to be passive any more.
The only true Dynamic peace loving person I know is Gurudev. Presenting at a Peace conference in Paris with Imams and Rabi's. If all of us had just 1% of his dynamism, and follow his pathway, perpetual peace is possible.
